Service Engineer – Pump Systems (Egypt)

About the role

Join Grundfos as a Service Engineer and provide on‑site and remote technical support for pump systems that keep water infrastructure running efficiently across Egypt. You will diagnose issues, perform commissioning, and build trusted relationships with customers while contributing to sustainable water solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Install, commission, troubleshoot, and repair Grundfos pump systems and related equipment on‑site.
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and deliver technical recommendations to optimise performance.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using diagnostic tools and provide timely solutions.
• Prepare detailed service reports, document findings, and communicate recommendations to customers and internal teams.
• Provide technical training to customers on proper operation and maintenance of Grundfos products.
• Collaborate with sales and application engineering teams to identify service opportunities and support business growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of field service, commissioning or maintenance experience with pumps, rotating equipment or industrial systems.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with a customer‑first mindset.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Valid Egyptian driving licence and willingness to travel across the region.
