ServiceNow Developer Manager

About the role

PwC is hiring a ServiceNow Developer Manager in Cairo for its advisory line of service. The manager leads ServiceNow platform strategy, drives delivery excellence and ensures alignment with business goals while promoting best practices across all ServiceNow projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementation and enhancement projects, from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Manage and mentor a team of ServiceNow developers and administrators, supporting their skills development and career growth.
• Oversee the design, development and maintenance of custom applications and modules on the ServiceNow platform.
• Configure and implement workflows, forms, business rules and client/server scripts using JavaScript.
• Provide architectural guidance so solutions are scalable, secure and aligned with governance standards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to turn requirements into technical solutions.
• Drive integration of ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Establish coding standards, code reviews and quality assurance processes.
• Plan and manage ServiceNow upgrade and enhancement cycles.
• Act as the main point of contact for escalations, risks and delivery challenges.

Required profile

• 7-10 years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
• 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role overseeing ServiceNow projects and teams.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification required.
• ServiceNow ITSM certification preferred.
• Experience managing multiple ServiceNow projects at once.

Required skills

• JavaScript for client-side and server-side scripting on ServiceNow.
• Building custom applications and workflows across modules.
• REST and SOAP integrations.
• Agile/Scrum delivery.
• HTML, CSS, XML, SOAP, REST and the ServiceNow App Developer tooling.
• Preferred: ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, Service Catalog, CMDB, Flow Designer, Performance Analytics and IntegrationHub.
