Shift Manager / Community Pharmacist – Faisal (Egypt)

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Shift Manager and Community Pharmacist to lead our pharmacy operations at the Faisal – Al Remayah branch. The role combines patient care, sales optimisation and team leadership to uphold the pharmacy’s reputation for quality healthcare.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the entire pharmacy workflow during assigned shifts, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
• Dispense prescriptions accurately and provide professional over‑the‑counter counseling.
• Drive sales performance, monitor inventory levels and manage product expirations.
• Deliver excellent customer service and address patient inquiries promptly.
• Coordinate with other shift teams to guarantee seamless handovers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (interns and recent graduates are welcome for pharmacist positions).
• Minimum two years of experience in a community pharmacy is preferred for managerial candidates.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving ability and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Prescription dispensing.
• Pharmaceutical counseling.
