About the role

The SHINE Development Program is a one‑year, project‑based initiative designed to give people with diverse abilities real‑world corporate experience at Procter & Gamble in Cairo. Participants work alongside senior leaders, receive continuous mentorship, and contribute to business‑critical projects.

Key responsibilities

• Engage in assigned project‑based roles that add value to the business or improve existing processes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver project outcomes.
• Apply analytical and problem‑solving skills to real‑world challenges.
• Participate in regular mentorship sessions and formal training.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from an accredited university.
• Legal eligibility to work in Egypt.
• Possession of a People with Diverse Abilities Government Card (or willingness to obtain one).
• Strong analytical mindset, positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and good to excellent English proficiency.
