Showroom Manager – Luxury Automotive

About the role

The Showroom Manager leads all showroom activities for a premium Mercedes‑Benz location, ensuring sales targets are met while delivering an exceptional luxury customer experience. This role combines commercial performance management, team leadership, and operational excellence to drive growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Drive showroom sales performance to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
• Monitor and analyse KPIs such as conversion rates, traffic, revenue and profitability.
• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with market trends.
• Lead high‑value negotiations and support the team in closing key deals.
• Coach, motivate and develop the showroom sales team, conducting performance evaluations and training.
• Ensure delivery of a premium luxury customer experience in line with Mercedes‑Benz standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with VIP customers and key accounts.
• Oversee daily showroom operations, visual merchandising, test drives and vehicle handovers.
• Manage inventory levels, coordinate with marketing, finance and after‑sales departments.
• Prepare sales performance reports, forecasts and market analysis for senior management.
