Site Administrator

About the role

The Site Administrator will oversee daily operations at Naqaa’s Siwa Oasis site, ensuring smooth attendance tracking, warehouse management, and financial documentation. This full‑time, on‑site role requires close coordination with the head office and adherence to internal regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor employee attendance, calculate overtime, and prepare monthly attendance reports.
• Supervise on‑site workforce discipline and report violations.
• Manage warehouse operations, including receiving, inspecting, and recording inventory such as fertilizers, pesticides, seeds, and raw materials.
• Conduct periodic inventory counts, reconcile stock, and report discrepancies.
• Define re‑order levels and notify management of potential stock shortages.
• Handle site petty cash, prepare weekly expense reports, and generate daily cash movement reports.
• Organize invoices, receipts, and financial documents for easy reference.
• Coordinate vehicle and equipment maintenance, including license and insurance renewals.
• Oversee camp building maintenance and accommodation supplies.
• Prepare custody handover/receiving reports and conduct asset inventory checks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, preferably Accounting.
• 2–3 years of experience in accounting, warehouse accounting, or related fields.
• Willingness to reside full‑time on site for 23‑day work periods (company provides accommodation and meals).
• Valid driving license.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
