Site Architect

About the role

The Site Architect will work full‑time on‑site in 6th of October City, overseeing the implementation of architectural designs across assigned facilities. You will ensure that all work complies with project specifications, safety standards, and local regulations while supporting the broader facility‑management objectives of Emerald Egypt.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee architectural design implementation and ensure compliance with specifications and regulations.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, and facility‑management teams.
• Review drawings and technical documents, providing on‑site guidance to contractors.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve design or integration issues.
• Monitor project progress, report on timelines, quality, and risks.
• Collaborate on design adjustments to improve functionality, aesthetics, and long‑term maintainability.

Required profile

• Strong background in Architecture and Architectural Design.
• Experience in Project Management, including planning, coordination, and execution of site‑based projects.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, building codes, and standards on‑site.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field; professional licensure or registration is a plus.
• Experience in facility management, construction supervision, or site architecture, preferably in residential or commercial projects.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AutoCAD.
• Proficiency with Revit.
• Familiarity with architectural design software and project‑management tools.
