Site Electrical Senior Engineer

About the role

The Site Electrical Senior Engineer leads the electrical design and implementation on construction sites, ensuring that all work meets technical specifications, safety standards, and client expectations. This senior position requires close collaboration with clients, engineering teams, and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, review, update, modify and approve electrical design plans and work schedules.
• Liaise with clients and other engineers to guarantee projects are completed to specifications.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, suppliers and professional networks.
• Maintain and improve existing engineering processes.
• Participate in conferences, events and networking opportunities.
• Prepare budgets, schedules, company regulations and related documentation.
• Analyze existing processes and organize meetings to discuss improvement initiatives.
• Conduct research, perform diagnostics and troubleshoot electrical equipment.
• Assist with recruitment, training and onboarding of new staff.
• Ensure a safe and positive work environment on site.
