About the role
We are seeking a Site Engineer to oversee programme and quality on active construction sites in the Giza and Cairo areas. The role involves close collaboration with project managers, subcontractors and the studio team to ensure that design drawings are constructible and that work progresses smoothly on‑site. You will be responsible for aligning construction activities with project timelines and quality expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate daily site activities, inspections and snagging processes.
- Monitor progress against the baseline programme and report deviations.
- Identify and flag design clashes early, documenting site decisions for the project team.
- Liaise with subcontractors and internal stakeholders to maintain quality standards.
Required profile
- Relevant engineering degree or equivalent experience in construction.
- Proven ability to manage site programmes and quality control.
- Strong communication skills for interaction with project managers and subcontractors.
