Site Finishing Architect

About the role

Arabella Urban Development is seeking a Site Finishing Architect to lead the finishing phase of its commercial and hospitality projects in New Cairo. The role involves overseeing all interior and exterior finishing activities, ensuring they meet design intent, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all site finishing works across administrative, commercial, and hospitality residential projects.
• Review and approve shop drawings, ensuring alignment with architectural intent and other disciplines.
• Monitor material delivery, installation quality, and compliance with project specifications.
• Collaborate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to resolve technical issues on site.
• Maintain progress reports and ensure finishing activities stay on schedule.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in site finishing works.
• Proven track record on administrative/commercial office buildings and serviced‑apartment projects.
• Strong knowledge of finishing materials, construction methods, and quality standards.
• Ability to lead teams, communicate effectively, and solve on‑site problems.
