Site Mechanical Engineer – On‑site Supervision (Giza)

About the role

We are seeking a Site Mechanical Engineer to supervise the installation, testing and commissioning of mechanical systems on‑site in 6th of October, Giza. The role involves ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise installation, testing and commissioning of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting and drainage systems in strict compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate daily mechanical site activities with contractors, subcontractors and other engineering disciplines to ensure smooth workflow and avoid clashes.
• Ensure all mechanical installations meet high‑quality standards, local building codes and safety regulations.
• Monitor daily site progress, prepare regular progress reports and report any delays or technical obstacles to the Project Manager.
• Inspect incoming mechanical materials and equipment on‑site to verify compliance with project specifications before installation.
• Provide immediate on‑site technical solutions and troubleshooting for any mechanical issues or design discrepancies during construction.
