Site Planning Manager – Large Construction Projects

About the role

The Site Planning Manager will lead scheduling and planning activities for multi‑billion‑EGP construction projects in Sharm El Sheikh. This role ensures that project timelines, resources, and critical paths are accurately defined, monitored, and adjusted to meet client and company expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain scheduling standards and procedures for projects exceeding 5 billion EGP.
• Develop baseline schedules, allocate resources, and ensure consistency with company dictionaries.
• Review project critical paths with operations, procurement, and management teams.
• Prepare and enhance planning packages before submission.
• Supervise project progress, verify schedule compliance, and highlight critical issues.
• Produce weekly and monthly progress reports and provide analysis to senior management.
• Issue close‑out reports and create reference documentation for future projects.
• Propose remedial plans to address schedule gaps and manage risk mitigation.
• Conduct delay analysis, support extension‑of‑time claims, and revise schedules as needed.

Required profile

• BSc in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical or Architecture preferred).
• 12–18 years of experience in construction planning or scheduling.
• Strong command of English.
• Time‑management training is a plus.
