Site Team Assistant – Egypt

About the role

Siemens Mobility Egypt is seeking a Site Team Assistant to support the high‑speed rail project spanning 2,000 km across the country. The role provides essential administrative and operational coordination for the TPS site team, ensuring smooth material flow, documentation, and compliance with project standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support the TPS site team with all administrative and operational coordination activities.
• Coordinate material transfers, initiate ordering processes, and follow up with procurement to guarantee timely delivery.
• Maintain up‑to‑date site documentation, records, and permit submissions.
• Engage with local suppliers, monitor delivery schedules, and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Prepare and update site progress reports.
• Monitor equipment calibration and maintenance schedules to meet quality and safety standards.
• File and archive all site‑related administrative records accurately.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in construction, infrastructure, or railway projects.
• Strong communication, coordination and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and in challenging site conditions.
• Proven experience dealing with local suppliers and large‑scale infrastructure projects.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
