Sitecore DevOps & Platform Engineer

About the role

Arcsen is seeking a Sitecore DevOps & Platform Engineer to own CI/CD, environment management and operational readiness for a Sitecore XM Cloud platform. You will build pipelines, manage environments and ensure performance, hosting, and release management from day one through go‑live and hyper‑care.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Sitecore CLI and Azure DevOps with a client‑aligned branching strategy.
• Manage non‑production and production Sitecore environments, including refresh cadence and serialization‑based deployments.
• Implement hosting, disaster‑recovery and business‑continuity solutions, meeting backup, restore and multi‑region failover SLAs.
• Run performance and load benchmarks (page load, API p95, concurrency, TPS) and feed results back to the team.
• Coordinate Cloudflare Enterprise edge configuration (WAF, CDN, DDoS, crisis mode) with security.
• Set up monitoring, centralized logging (log shipping to client SIEM) and alerting; support incident response during hyper‑care.
• Document runbooks and lead knowledge‑transfer to client operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 4+ years of DevOps or platform engineering experience.
• Hands‑on experience with Azure DevOps and Sitecore CLI/Content Serialization.
• Proven experience with containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipeline design.
• Experience in cloud hosting, disaster‑recovery, backup and Git branching/release management.
