SOC Manager – Lead Security Operations Center

Envision Employment Solutions is seeking a seasoned SOC Manager to lead the Security Operations Center for a leading digital bank. The role focuses on overseeing continuous security monitoring, incident response, threat management, and enhancing the organization’s cyber‑resilience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end cybersecurity incident response lifecycle, from identification to post‑incident review.
• Oversee 24/7 security monitoring and incident handling activities.
• Ensure compliance with incident response procedures, escalation paths, and service level agreements.
• Develop, maintain, and improve incident response frameworks, playbooks, and readiness exercises.
• Manage threat intelligence, threat hunting, and security investigations.
• Identify emerging threats and support risk reduction initiatives.
• Act as primary escalation point during major cybersecurity incidents and coordinate with internal stakeholders and management.
• Provide timely reporting and recommendations throughout major incidents.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of experience in cybersecurity, with 4–5 years leading a SOC.
• Proven experience managing 24/7 security monitoring and incident handling.
• Strong background in incident response procedures, escalation, and SLA management.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain incident response frameworks and playbooks.
• Experience overseeing threat intelligence, threat hunting, and security investigations.
