Social Media Content Creator – Real Estate

About the role

We are seeking a creative Social Media Content Creator to produce engaging visual and written content for our premium real‑estate portfolio. The role combines video production, bilingual copywriting, and data‑driven optimisation across multiple social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Concept, shoot, and edit high‑quality Reels, TikToks, carousels and other visual assets while writing premium bilingual copy (English/Arabic) for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Coordinate and execute on‑site media capture at various residential, commercial and hospitality locations.
• Develop and manage a monthly content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns and seasonal business goals.
• Track performance using Meta and LinkedIn Insights, analysing trends to optimise content strategy.
• Partner with design and strategy teams to ensure strict brand guidelines and visual consistency.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in social media content creation or multimedia production, preferably within premium real‑estate, luxury brands or top agencies.
• Strong portfolio showcasing video production (Reels/Shorts) and bilingual copywriting.
• Exceptional fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Mobile/camera shooting
• Video editing with CapCut, Adobe Premiere or Lightroom
• Platform analytics tools such as Meta Insights and LinkedIn Insights
