Social Media & E-Commerce Specialist

About the role

The Social Media & E-Commerce Specialist will manage Abou Seif’s digital presence across social platforms and major online marketplaces. The role combines content creation, product listing management, and customer engagement to drive online sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Develop captions, promotional copy and marketing campaigns aligned with brand guidelines.
• Monitor audience interaction, respond to messages, comments and customer inquiries.
• Analyse social media performance and produce monthly reports.
• Write professional product descriptions and marketing copy for online listings.
• Coordinate with graphic designers and photographers for visual assets.
• Maintain and update product listings on Amazon, Noon, Jumia and other marketplaces, ensuring accurate images, specifications, pricing and stock information.
• Collaborate with inventory and sales teams to reflect real‑time stock availability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media or a related field.
• Proven experience managing social media accounts and e‑commerce platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon, Noon, Jumia marketplace systems.
• Excellent written English communication skills.
• Familiarity with content creation tools and social media scheduling platforms is a plus.
