Social Media Manager (On‑site)

About the role

Scoop Empire is looking for a full‑time Social Media Manager to join its on‑site team in Qesm El Maadi. You will be responsible for planning, publishing, and monitoring content across all major social platforms, ensuring alignment with the editorial calendar and brand voice.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies that drive audience growth and engagement.
• Create and schedule posts, stories, and short‑form copy tailored to each platform.
• Monitor community interactions, respond to comments, messages, and mentions.
• Collaborate with editors, writers, and designers to produce multimedia content.
• Track performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and recommend data‑driven improvements.

Required profile

• Strong background in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO).
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft clear, on‑brand copy.
• Experience planning content calendars and aligning posts with campaigns.
• Familiarity with digital trends, pop culture, and regional online communities.
• Ability to work on‑site full‑time and manage multiple deadlines.
