Social Media Specialist

About the role

The Social Media Specialist will be the execution arm of OPPO's content strategy, ensuring a steady flow of high‑quality, on‑brand content across all social platforms. This role supports both ongoing content pipelines and campaign roll‑outs, adapting quickly to trends, key events, and product seasons.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain an always‑on content pipeline and plan monthly content calendars.
• Ensure continuous content flow before, during, and after product seasons.
• Create and adapt content based on trends, hot topics, national events and holidays.
• Coordinate with designers and agencies to produce visual assets.
• Handle publishing, scheduling and platform optimisation to keep tonality consistent.
• Execute social media communication timelines and calendars for each platform.
• Support campaign execution by translating ideas into concrete content deliverables.
• Assist with KOL (Key Opinion Leader) content follow‑ups as needed.

Required profile

• Female candidate with a Mass Communication degree.
• Under 30 years of age.
• 2‑4 years of experience in social media or content execution.
• Strong understanding of content formats across platforms.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple content streams.
• Deep awareness of current trends and creative mindset.
