About the role

The Soft Services Section Head leads all soft‑service operations, ensuring high‑quality delivery in cleaning, security, waste management and related areas. This senior position combines strategic planning, team leadership, and cross‑department collaboration to support a safe and productive workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the management of soft services, including cleaning, security, and waste management.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery.
• Monitor performance metrics and ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies.
• Recruit, train, evaluate and lead a diverse team of soft‑service staff.
• Coordinate with other departments to guarantee seamless service provision.
• Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring cost‑effectiveness.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain high service quality.
• Engage stakeholders, gather feedback and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management or a related construction‑industry role.
• Proven leadership experience managing diverse teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated capability in budget development and management.
• Knowledge of regulations and standards applicable to soft services.
• Problem‑solving mindset with ability to work under pressure.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in facility management.
