Software Development Manager / Technical Delivery Manager

About the role

PwC is looking for a Software Development Manager / Technical Delivery Manager to lead the design, development and delivery of innovative software solutions for its clients. Based in Cairo’s ETIC hub, you will combine technical expertise with strong leadership to drive digital transformation projects and ensure high‑quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, budget, execute and complete software development projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and timelines.
• Lead, coach and inspire a multidisciplinary team, leveraging individual strengths and managing performance.
• Partner with senior leadership to maintain collective ownership of quality, timelines and deliverables.
• Identify and act on opportunities that enhance business performance and drive innovation.
• Address conflicts, conduct difficult conversations with stakeholders and uphold PwC’s professional standards.
