Software Development Specialist / Senior Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Software Development Specialist (or Senior Specialist) to design, build, test and maintain a range of applications. You will work closely with engineering and product teams to deliver high‑quality software solutions that meet business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Design, code, test and manage various applications using .NET technologies.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define and implement best‑in‑class products.
• Follow established quality standards for code and system architecture.
• Develop automated tests, conduct performance tuning, and ensure reliable deployments.
• Participate in requirements analysis and translate them into software design.
• Produce clean, scalable, well‑documented code and refactor existing codebases.
• Provide technical support and act as an expert on assigned applications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 + years of professional experience developing .NET applications.
• Experience working in an agile development environment.
• Proven ability to analyze requirements and deliver robust software solutions.
