Software Engineer (Web) - Analytics & Insights

About the role

We are seeking a Software Engineer focused on Web Application Development to create, test, and maintain modern web‑based analytics solutions for Coca‑Cola HBC’s Data, Insights & AI platform. The role combines front‑end and back‑end development, data‑pipeline integration, and collaboration with product, design, and architecture teams across 29 countries.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using modern frameworks such as React, Angular or Vue.js.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers and engineers to deliver high‑quality user experiences.
• Leverage AI‑assisted coding agents for requirements analysis, implementation, refactoring, testing, documentation, debugging and code review while retaining full accountability.
• Translate product requirements into clear, bounded engineering tasks with defined architecture constraints, interfaces, security requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability and performance in cloud environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production and development environments.
• Stay current with emerging web technologies and cloud ecosystems.
• Work with CCH architects and cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth DevOps operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional web development experience.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Hands‑on experience with at least one modern front‑end framework (React, Angular or Vue.js).
• Familiarity with back‑end technologies and APIs.
