Software Engineering Manager – .NET & Angular/React

About the role

We are seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead a high‑performing team in designing and delivering robust web applications. The role combines technical leadership with project management, ensuring solutions align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of scalable web applications using .NET and Angular/React.
• Manage, mentor, and conduct performance reviews for a team of software engineers.
• Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business goals into technical solutions.
• Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, risk management, and delivery quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in .NET and Angular/React development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong background in system architecture, API design, and database optimization.
• Excellent command of English and proven leadership, organizational, and decision‑making abilities.
