Software Sales Manager – Enterprise Messaging Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a Software Sales Manager to lead the acquisition of enterprise clients in the Saudi market, focusing on banks, fintech firms and corporates. The role will drive revenue through SMS, OTP and API‑based messaging solutions, including the WhatsApp API.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and close enterprise clients across banking, fintech and corporate sectors.
• Generate revenue by selling SMS, OTP and API‑based messaging solutions, such as the WhatsApp API.
• Build, manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure.
• Conduct sales meetings with decision‑makers and deliver high‑value end‑to‑end deals.
• Provide at least 2 years of supervision and leadership, guiding sales execution and supporting team performance.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of B2B sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven track record of closing deals with a hunter/closer mindset.
• Existing network in the Saudi market is a strong advantage.
• Experience with messaging providers such as Unifonic, Cequens, Infobip or similar is preferred.

Required skills

• Strong exposure to enterprise messaging/CPaaS solutions.
• Knowledge of SMS, OTP and WhatsApp API.
• Understanding of API‑based messaging platforms.
