Solution Architect – Oracle Cloud ERP

About the role

The Solution Architect will act as the end‑to‑end design authority for the Oracle Cloud ERP transformation, ensuring functional and technical coherence across finance, supply chain, project portfolio, and related modules. Reporting to the Programme Director, the role will protect the Group‑template integrity and guide the transition of design authority to internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain target functional, integration, data and security architecture; review partner Global Design deliverables.
• Maintain architecture principles, patterns, and Design Decision/Deviation registers; assess country or entity deviations.
• Coordinate cross‑workstream alignment of Finance, SCM, PPM, CX, integration, data migration, testing, reporting and security.
• Provide technical assurance on implementation‑partner deliverables and assess architecture impacts at quality gates.
• Govern Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) patterns, error handling, interface ownership, data structures and migration strategy.
• Oversee security roles, access, segregation of duties and auditability in collaboration with Group IT and GRC.
• Lead transitional SIT strategy, support cut‑over decisions and mentor internal leads through design reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering.
• 8+ years of ERP solution architecture experience with strong exposure to Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Proven experience in multi‑module, multi‑country, supplier‑led programmes.
• Deep knowledge of Finance, SCM and PPM modules and their integration points.

• Oracle Fusion Cloud (functional setup, security, reporting, data‑model).
• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), APIs, file‑based integration, integration patterns and monitoring.
• Design authority practices, architecture principles and deviation management.
