Solution Architecture Senior Manager

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Manager to lead its Solution Architecture practice within the ETIC hub in Cairo. The role will help clients gain competitive advantage by defining technology objectives, assessing solution options and delivering architectural designs that meet strategic and operational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct structured stakeholder discussions to capture and document business needs.
• Analyse and document the existing technical landscape, integration points and roadmaps.
• Translate business requirements, current architecture and non‑functional criteria into comprehensive solution designs.
• Promote reuse of existing assets and create new reusable components as part of solution delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Business and Technical Architects and delivery teams.
• Ensure performance, security and availability requirements are addressed in all solution architectures.
• Collaborate with developers to design and integrate solutions within the broader enterprise context.
• Align architectural decisions with the organisation’s strategy and established guardrails.
• Stay informed on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in enterprise architecture and solution design for large organisations.
• Ability to translate strategic objectives into practical, scalable technical solutions.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of non‑functional requirements such as performance, security and availability.
• Track record of leveraging existing assets and creating reusable architectural components.
