Sourcing Analyst – Procurement (Remote, Egypt)

About the role

Iron Mountain is looking for a detail‑oriented Sourcing Analyst to join its Global Procurement Centre of Excellence. In this remote position you will support transactional and tactical sourcing activities, ensuring speed, accuracy and compliance while contributing to the company’s procurement transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end execution of quick‑bids, renewals and RFx, meeting short‑turnaround SLAs.
• Triaging incoming procurement requests and routing them through the Source‑to‑Pay process.
• Serve as primary contact for business stakeholders and suppliers, providing comparative data analyses and guiding requestors to approved purchasing paths.
• Draft, review and route contracts and statements of work using approved templates while ensuring compliance with governance, risk and expense policies.
• Conduct spend and trend analysis, generate operational reports and identify workflow inefficiencies for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Experience in procurement, sourcing operations or shared services within a large, global, matrixed organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Economics or related field; professional certifications such as CIPS, CPSM or SCM are a plus.
• Fluent English; additional language (French, Spanish or German) considered a bonus.
• Strong analytical ability to evaluate supplier responses and prepare comparison summaries.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Working knowledge of procurement systems such as SAP, Ariba, Coupa or Oracle.
