Sourcing & Screening Specialist (Recruiter)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sourcing & Screening Specialist to drive high‑volume recruitment for our BPO operations. You will be at the front of the hiring funnel, identifying talent across multiple channels, assessing candidates against defined quality standards, and maintaining a robust pipeline to meet aggressive monthly intake goals.

Key responsibilities

• Source extensively to locate qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates.
• Conduct phone or in‑person interviews and evaluate candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews.
• Qualify or reject candidates and provide clear communication throughout the process.
• Serve as the primary contact for candidate inquiries.
• Meet weekly quotas related to calls, emails, and candidate outreach.
