Spa Receptionist

About the role

The Spa Receptionist is the first point of contact for guests at The Cascades Spa & Thalasso. Working full‑time on‑site in Hurghada, you will ensure a warm welcome, smooth check‑in/out, and accurate information about our extensive spa services.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and register spa guests, handling check‑in and check‑out procedures.
• Answer telephone inquiries, provide service details, and manage reservations.
• Schedule appointments, coordinate with therapists and other team members.
• Process payments, maintain booking records, and keep the reception area tidy and inviting.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests or concerns.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service and communication abilities.
• Experience in hospitality, spa, or wellness environments is highly beneficial.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with reservation software and basic computer systems.
