Spa Service Expert

About the role

The Spa Service Expert welcomes guests to the spa, provides orientation, and ensures a seamless, comfortable experience throughout their visit. This full‑time, on‑site position supports the spa’s daily operations and upholds the brand’s high standards of service.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, explain spa facilities, locker rooms, lounge areas, and hospitality stations.
• Offer amenities such as water, juice, and heated neck pillows.
• Answer guest inquiries about property information and amenities.
• Escort guests to and from treatment rooms.
• Monitor the computer schedule for updates and changes throughout the day.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, treatment rooms, locker rooms, and lounge areas.
• Dispose of trash and dirty linens in designated areas.
• Secure supplies and equipment at shift end and restock towels, linens, and amenities.
• Report accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to management and complete required safety training.
• Follow all company policies, maintain a professional appearance, and protect company assets.
• Anticipate guest needs, express genuine appreciation, and communicate clearly and professionally.
• Perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, lifting up to 10 lb, and standing for extended periods.
• Assist with any other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and stand for long periods.
• Professional appearance and strong customer‑service attitude.
• Willingness to follow safety procedures and company policies.
