About the role
Join Henkel’s Adhesives division as a Specialist Sales Engineer, providing first‑line B2B technical support for brands such as Loctite, Bonderite and Sista. You will act as the primary contact for French‑speaking customers, delivering product information, troubleshooting guidance and helping to grow the business.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and web forms, offering first‑level technical and informational support.
- Identify, qualify and categorize requests, routing complex issues to expert teams.
- Document all interactions and outcomes accurately in the CRM system.
- Support business development by qualifying new customer opportunities.
- Collaborate with technical, customer service and sales teams to ensure timely, accurate responses.
- Maintain and update internal knowledge bases and documentation.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer‑facing role.
- Fluent in French (spoken and written) and proficient in English.
- Engineering, technical or chemical background.
- Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills.
- Proactive, curious mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Experience using a CRM system.
