Specification Manager – Egypt

About the role

The Specification Manager will lead product specification activities across Egypt, Libya and Sudan, promoting our interior‑design and bathroom solutions to architects, consultants and developers. You will act as the technical bridge between the market and our sales, marketing and product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Educate the market through presentations, seminars and marketing materials.
• Conduct technical trainings and provide ongoing support to specifiers.
• Identify and engage architects, consultants and developers early in design projects to influence product selection.
• Maintain and update CRM and specification‑tracking systems to monitor project progress.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and plan quarterly/annual PR activities.
• Drive brand awareness and sales growth by generating specification demand for existing and new product lines.
• Collaborate closely with the project sales team to maximise business opportunities.
• Target key sectors such as hotels, residential and healthcare projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in fine art or architecture.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Minimum 5 years of senior‑level experience in specification, sales or marketing within the interior‑design/bathroom products sector.
• Deep knowledge of the Egypt, Libya and Sudan markets.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships and influence decisions.
• Willingness to travel frequently on short business trips.
