Sr. Ocean Freight Operations Executive - Export

About the role

The Senior Ocean Freight Operations Executive will coordinate and execute customer export orders, ensuring compliance with PSA BDP Ethics and delivering flawless documentation and shipment handling.

Key responsibilities

• Manage order processing and conduct customer order plausibility analysis.
• Plan, book, and coordinate transportation orders.
• Follow up shipments and handle customs processing for exports.
• Prepare documentation, administration, invoicing, and filing.
• Provide feedback to customers via mail, phone, or EDI.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and report non‑conformances according to KPIs.
• Cooperate with approved subcontractors under agreed rates.
• Ensure end‑to‑end processing and punctual, flawless order handling.

Required profile

• Minimum 4+ years of hands‑on logistics and freight forwarding experience, focusing on ocean export processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry‑standard logistics/freight forwarding systems.
