Staff Pharmacist

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated pharmacist to join Bloom Pharmacy’s team across its locations in Cairo. The role focuses on delivering high‑standard patient care, professional dispensing, and personalized counseling while upholding the company’s ethical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure accurate prescription dispensing in line with MoHP regulations and Bloom SOPs.
• Provide patient counseling and retail customer service the Bloom way.
• Advise customers on OTC products, dermo‑cosmetics, and skincare.
• Use POS/pharmacy systems for transactions and generate reports.
• Collaborate closely with the store team to maintain a smooth operation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy with a valid syndicate ID.
• Minimum one year of experience in community pharmacies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, professional appearance, customer‑oriented mindset, teamwork, flexibility, and ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• English proficiency (good to fluent).
• Microsoft Office (beginner to advanced).
• POS/pharmacy systems.
