Station Manager – Batching Plant Operations

About the role

The Station Manager will lead the daily operations of a ready‑mix concrete batching plant, ensuring efficient production, high‑quality output, and strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards. This role combines operational oversight with technical expertise in concrete technology.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day batching plant activities and production schedules.
• Oversee concrete quality, mix designs, and generate quality‑control reports.
• Coordinate pouring schedules, fleet movements, and site deliveries.
• Supervise maintenance teams to keep equipment in optimal condition.
• Control raw‑material inventory and allocate plant resources effectively.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and internal quality standards.
• Lead plant staff, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare regular production, quality, and cost reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (preferred) or Mechanical/Production Engineering.
• 5–10 years of experience in ready‑mix concrete or batching plant operations.
• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
• Strong knowledge of concrete technology, mix design, and quality standards.
• ACI certification is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
