Stock Controller

About the role

The Stock Controller will supervise inventory across all ATEB Group locations, including warehouses, ports and operational sites. You will ensure that stock records in the Odoo ERP system are accurate, support the finance team with proper valuation, and help prevent shortages or overstock situations.

Key responsibilities

• Full supervision of inventory across all branches, warehouses, ports and operational sites.
• Verify that inventory balances recorded in Odoo match physical stock.
• Lead periodic and full inventory counts, analyse discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Control all inventory transactions such as receipts, issues and transfers.
• Monitor fuel and spare‑parts consumption, analyse variances and report findings.
• Coordinate with the Finance Department to ensure correct inventory valuation and cost allocation.
• Prepare consolidated management reports on inventory balances, discrepancies and slow‑moving items.
• Improve warehouse procedures and inventory documentation processes.
• Support the Purchasing Department in forecasting requirements and preventing stock shortages or excess.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations or stock management.
• Experience in spare‑parts inventory control is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, reporting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory reporting tools.
