Store Auditor – Operational Audits for Retail Stores

About the role

The Store Auditor will conduct operational audits across Noon’s newly launched and existing stores to ensure they meet company standards, safety protocols, and operational requirements. This role involves frequent field visits, detailed reporting, and follow‑up on corrective actions to drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Perform operational audits for new store launches and existing stores according to the audit schedule.
• Complete audit forms, checklists, and reports accurately and within defined timelines.
• Assess compliance with operational procedures, safety standards, inventory controls, and store readiness.
• Identify gaps, non‑compliance issues, and opportunities for operational improvement.
• Document findings and communicate them to relevant stakeholders.
• Follow up on corrective actions and verify closure of audit observations.
• Maintain accurate records of audit results and store performance.
• Travel regularly between stores across assigned locations.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in auditing, operations, retail, logistics, quality assurance, or a similar field.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple site visits.
• Own a car and possess a valid driving license (mandatory).
• Willingness to travel frequently between stores.

Required skills
