Storekeeper

About the role

We are looking for a diligent Storekeeper to manage inventory flow and maintain accurate stock records. The role involves handling incoming and outgoing goods, ensuring proper storage, and supporting audit processes within a fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.

Key responsibilities

• Generate inventory reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Label, categorize, and store items for easy identification and retrieval.
• Enter and update all stock movements accurately in Excel or warehouse systems.
• Receive shipments, verify packing lists, and inspect items for damage.
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and monitor stock levels.
• Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies promptly.
• Assist during internal and external audits and maintain proper filing of delivery notes and stock records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Store Keeper in the FMCG sector.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with warehouse management systems, preferably Oracle.
