About the role
We are looking for a highly capable Strategic Executive Office Manager to support the Country Director of a leading UK‑based healthcare group operating in Egypt. The role combines executive office management, strategic coordination and operational oversight within the healthcare sector.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the Country Director’s office, including schedules, travel, meetings and confidential correspondence.
- Prepare high‑level reports, presentations, meeting briefs and executive summaries.
- Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives, tracking KPIs, timelines and accountability.
- Liaise with regional and UK headquarters, healthcare facilities and department heads to ensure alignment with group objectives.
- Draft executive communications, policies and operational documents; organise board meetings and strategic workshops.
- Assist with budget tracking, procurement coordination and office administration.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management or related field (Master’s/MBA advantageous).
- 5–8 years of experience in executive office management, strategic coordination or PMO functions within the healthcare or hospital sector.
- Previous experience supporting senior executives or country leadership.
- Experience in multinational, preferably UK‑based, organisations.
- Strong discretion, ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
