Strategic Financial Senior Controller

About the role

We are a leading FMCG company seeking a Strategic Financial Senior Controller to drive financial planning, performance management, and strategic decision‑making. You will partner with senior leadership to ensure robust financial governance while supporting business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and long‑term strategic analysis.
• Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business decisions and investment opportunities.
• Analyze business performance, identify risks and growth opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to senior management.
• Monitor key financial KPIs and ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
• Support strategic projects, business cases and organizational initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement of financial planning and reporting processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, ACCA or CFA is highly preferred.
• 5‑8 years of progressive experience in financial controlling, FP&A, strategic finance or financial management, preferably within the FMCG industry.
• Proven ability to partner with senior management and influence strategic business decisions.
