About the role

We are building a Management Consulting domain that translates real-world consulting engagements into structured learning environments for advanced AI systems. As an ex‑MBB strategy consultant, you will design realistic project scenarios and evaluation frameworks that enable AI agents to learn high‑level business reasoning.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed consulting project scenarios, including industry context, financial data, constraints, and ambiguous inputs.
• Break projects into discrete, AI‑compatible tasks such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimization, growth strategy, and operational diagnosis.
• Develop grading rubrics, evaluation criteria, and golden‑answer solutions to train and calibrate an LLM‑based grading system.
• Collaborate remotely with a team of former strategy consultants to ensure methodological rigor and relevance.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at a top‑tier firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, Strategy&).
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems, build financial or market models, and deliver client‑ready recommendations under tight deadlines.
• Comfort presenting and defending recommendations in uncertain environments.

Required skills

• Strong analytical and problem‑structuring capabilities.
• Experience designing consulting deliverables and evaluation frameworks.

What we offer

• Fully remote, project‑based engagement.
• Opportunity to shape how next‑generation AI learns strategic business reasoning.
• Collaboration with a high‑caliber network of former MBB consultants.
