Structural Roads Design Engineer

About the role

Mission Consultant Engineering is seeking a Structural Roads Design Engineer to join its multidisciplinary team on a full‑time remote basis. The role focuses on delivering safe, sustainable, and innovative road infrastructure through rigorous structural and civil engineering analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Perform structural and civil engineering analyses for road projects.
• Design and draft structural components using CAD and AutoCAD.
• Collaborate with architects, planners, and other engineers to develop integrated solutions.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Incorporate sustainable engineering practices into project deliverables.
• Prepare technical documentation and reports for client review.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of professional experience in structural and road design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience applying engineering standards, codes, and safety practices.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with sustainable design practices is a plus.
