Supervisor Application Developer Engineer – .NET & AI LLM

About the role

The Supervisor Application Developer Engineer (.NET & AI LLM) is a full‑time, on‑site position in Cairo, Egypt. You will lead the design, development and maintenance of enterprise applications using .NET technologies while integrating AI Large Language Models to improve business processes and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise a team of developers, review code and technical designs, and enforce secure coding practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable .NET solutions.
• Optimize application performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and coordinate with infrastructure and support teams.
• Produce technical documentation, provide training, and mentor junior developers.
• Monitor emerging .NET and AI technologies, recommend improvements, and drive continuous innovation across the application portfolio.

Required profile

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business needs and solve complex technical problems.
• Experience training and mentoring development teams, including conducting knowledge‑sharing sessions.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles to align applications with financial reporting.
• Background in technical support and incident troubleshooting, ensuring system reliability.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
