Supply Chain Analyst

About the role

Join Procter & Gamble as a Supply Chain Analyst in Cairo, focusing on import lanes into Europe. You will support cross‑border logistics, configure systems, and source services to ensure smooth lane operations.

Key responsibilities

• Execute supply planning processes including inventory, requirements, production, and material planning.
• Develop and maintain finished‑goods inventory targets by SKU based on service level objectives and forecast accuracy.
• Deliver key performance indicators such as customer fill rate, inventory levels, and cost targets.
• Act as the main interface between stock replenishment, operations, and logistics teams.
• Identify, resolve, and escalate supply‑chain risks such as material shortages or demand surges.
• Manage projects that impact the supply chain, including new product launches and capacity expansions.
• Support lane managers with report analysis, issue resolution, and auditing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with 0‑3 years of relevant experience (excluding engineering, actuarial, computer science, data science, mathematics).
• Legally eligible to work in Egypt.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Highly developed interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience working in a matrix organization and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Basic knowledge of programming/IT concepts.
• Understanding of supply‑chain processes.
