Supply Chain Coordinator

About the role

The Supply Chain Coordinator supports commercial activities and coordinates logistics operations to ensure smooth delivery of goods and services. Working closely with sales, procurement, warehouses, freight forwarders and customers, the role guarantees efficient business processes from quotation to final delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, contracts and related commercial documentation.
• Coordinate with customers on inquiries, order status, delivery schedules and payment follow‑up.
• Support the sales team in proposals, tenders and commercial offers.
• Maintain accurate customer records and commercial databases.
• Monitor contract compliance and assist in sales reporting and forecasting.
• Arrange domestic and international shipments with freight forwarders, monitor schedules and ensure timely deliveries.
• Prepare and review shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin and customs paperwork.
• Track shipments, provide status updates and resolve logistics issues including delays and customs challenges.
• Maintain organized records of commercial and logistics transactions and prepare periodic performance reports.
• Collaborate with procurement, finance and operations teams to streamline workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in commercial operations, logistics or supply chain.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and logistics management software.
• Knowledge of import/export procedures and shipping documentation is an advantage.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
