About the role

The Nestlé Supply Chain Academy is an immersive, 12‑week program designed for fresh graduates to gain hands‑on experience in Nestlé’s global supply chain function. Participants will rotate through key supply‑chain activities, work on live projects, and receive mentorship from senior professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Attend an orientation session covering Nestlé’s values and supply‑chain overview.
• Participate in interactive workshops and training sessions on functional and soft‑skill topics.
• Contribute to real‑life supply‑chain projects, applying analytical and problem‑solving techniques.
• Shadow experienced supply‑chain staff to understand day‑to‑day operations.
• Prepare and deliver a final presentation of project outcomes to Nestlé executives.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate (up to 1 year of work experience) with a degree in Business Administration.
• Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in working with numbers.
• Demonstrated problem‑solving skills and proactive attitude.
• Commitment to follow‑through and deliver results.
