Supply Chain Supervisor (Egypt)

About the role

We are looking for a Supply Chain Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations in Egypt. The role ensures efficient receipt, storage, picking, packing and delivery of products while maintaining safety and inventory accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse suppliers to implement operating standards and manage daily activities including receiving, picking, packing and outbound delivery.
• Verify quantity, specifications and appearance of goods to prevent wrong, missing or over‑shipments.
• Monitor warehouse layout, storage safety, fire prevention measures and site hygiene.
• Organise regular inventory checks, analyse discrepancies and drive corrective actions.
• Conduct performance reviews with logistics suppliers, track KPI results and propose process improvements.
• Process customer orders: verify specifications, quantities, pricing and delivery details, book delivery windows and issue shipping instructions.
• Track shipments, confirm order receipt and manage order changes or delivery delays.
