Supply Chain Team Lead

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Supply Chain Team Lead to drive excellence across procurement, logistics, inventory management, and supplier performance. You will oversee daily operations, ensure cost‑effectiveness, and support strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily supply chain activities to maintain efficiency and cost control.
• Manage procurement, inventory, warehousing, and logistics processes.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers.
• Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock availability.
• Analyze performance data and identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to meet project and operational needs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Prepare reports, KPIs, and forecasts for management review.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8‑10 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, inventory control, and vendor management.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Effective communication and team‑leadership skills.
• Preferred experience in construction, engineering, or industrial sectors; professional certifications (CSCP, CPSM, CIPS) are a plus.
