Supply & Demand Planner (Food)

About the role

The Supply & Demand Planner (Food) ensures business continuity by optimizing stock levels, delivering accurate forecasts, and leading replenishment across all fulfillment points. You will provide visibility on availability risks and growth opportunities while continuously improving the end‑to‑end supply cycle through data analysis and process optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Secure product availability and maintain inventory efficiency to support business continuity.
• Optimise stock levels to minimise material loss, reduce logistics costs and protect cash flow.
• Perform short‑ and medium‑term forecasting, improving accuracy and reducing bias.
• Lead replenishment calculations for the food category across all fulfillment points.
• Provide regular visibility to stakeholders on availability risks and growth opportunities.
• Analyse data and processes to identify root causes of supply issues and drive improvement projects.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in demand and supply planning within FMCG or retail.
• Strong analytical capabilities.
• Self‑motivated with a high level of accountability in dynamic environments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Required skills

• Intermediate‑advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Working knowledge of supply chain planning concepts.
